CIVIL ENGINEERING TECHNICIANLocation: LeedsSalary: £25,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)The CompanyThey are a successful innovative general practice dealing with varying sized projects from minor building works up to multi million pound projects, both in the UK and abroad, covering the design/detailing for the Civil and Structural Engineering works fromconcept to completion. The Company was formed over 30 years ago and they provide expertise in all Structural & Civil Engineering fields; from the commissioning / overseeing of initial site investigation, onto full design and detailing for all structural andcivil engineering works.The RoleThe successful Civil Engineering Technician should be flexible and enthusiastic with a good knowledge of all construction materials. Also be a good communicator and team player. They utilise the latest forms of hardware and specialist software includingAutoCAD,Civils, PDS Ground Modeler, Windes/Micro drainage and, with the majority of design and detail being carried out in a 3D format, a good working knowledge and an understanding of these packages would be advantageousAbout YouTo be successful in this Civil Engineering Technician role you will come from a good civil engineering back-ground and have experience working with Civils 3D and MicroDrainage. Ideally you will you have UK experience working on the above projects. Specificallyworking on Section agreements 38/278/104/106.On OfferIn return for this role you will receive a competitive salary along with other company benefits.
