We’ve won many awards for being an awesome place to work and our Chief Exec and Management Team work hard to make us one of Leeds best places to work.Based in the City Centre, we have 10 vacancies for evenings and 5 vacancies for weekend Charging Services Representatives due to start Monday 4 May 2020.Evening shifts are 20 or 25 hours per week from 5pm until 10pm Monday to Friday. Weekends only Saturday and Sunday 16 hours per week working between 8am and 10pm.***PLEASE NOTE***Training will commence Monday 5 May 2020 and will be 5 weeks of evening training before the weekend shifts begin. Monday to Friday 5pm until 10pm.What do we doWe manage over 160,000 crossings a day over the Dartford Crossing spanning the River Thames which forms part of the M25 motorway network in London and journeys through the Dartford Tunnel below the river. Part of the Abertis Group of companies, we have a global network of offices in 8 other countries.Our Automatic Number Plate Recognition, (ANPR) cameras capture our Road Users details and charge a fee to their bank account each time they make a crossing. Although most of this process is automated our Charging Service Representatives Team based here in Leeds are on hand to manage calls from our Road Users.About the job:Working as a Charging Services Representative you will be answering inbound calls from our Road Users who want to make payments before or after making a crossing, credit funds to their Dart Charge accounts, register new vehicle details and resolving general enquiries.Our contact centre is relaxed, fun and there is no selling involved.Here’s what we need from you:We are looking for Charging Services Representatives who will bring positive energy, a desire to succeed and are willing to go above and beyond for our customer! You’ll be able to wow us with your excellent telephone manner from our first conversation and you must have great writing and computer skills.Previous call centre or customer service experience is highly desirable but not essential as full training is provided in our inhouse Academy.We will teach you everything you need to know, all we ask it that you share our core values – Passion, Excellence, Commitment & Flexibility and that you have basic computer skills.The Money & Benefits Bit:Salary £8.20 to £8.72 per hour + monthly bonus and look at all the benefits we offer too!...
