Due to ongoing growth, they are recruiting a qualifiedCatastrophic Injury and Large Loss Associate to contribute to and learn from the large loss/catastrophicinjury defence team handling high-stakes and complex catastrophic injury cases. Along with working in the employers and public liability team within the casualty region of the firm.The role will focus on assisting their lead Partners with the day to day handling of complex, high value, multi-track cases and will also include handling your own multi-track injury cases. This can include litigating some of the largest personal injury claimsin the country, working in a Legal 500 Tier 1 team, with leading national lawyers, for top 10 insurers and their customers. You will be actively involved in interesting and challenging cases.We are keen to hear from candidates NQ - 3PQE with experience in RTA, EL and PL claims and preferably a background in catastrophic injury or large loss, who have a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicateinformation logically. We are interested in candidates with aptitude, drive and determination to enhance the excellent team we already have, working at the cutting edge of defence litigation.
