An exciting opportunity to join a market leading industrial textile manufacturer who is seeking a Business Development Manager for their largest division, to join their team!Client DetailsOur client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, woven technical textile solutions for multiple sectors such as Defence, PPE, Aerospace, Automotive, Filtration and Reinforcement.With a commitment to technical innovation and excellence, our client strives to meet and exceed their clients technical textile requirements. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join theirteam and help drive the continued growth of the Technical Textiles business.Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in a technical industry of profitably growing market share across a number of industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business initiatives,creating and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our clients largest division.Description

  • Develop and implement strategic new business development plans to expand our clients presence across multiple sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and seeking opportunities for up selling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new technical textile technologies and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our filtration fabrication textiles.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Keep abreast of competitors activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Profile
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, growing new business sales for Technical Products into multiple markets such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence etc.
  • Ability, and desire, to rapidly develop an in-depth understanding of the technical attributes of the specific textiles manufactured by our Client, and an enthusiasm to understand prospective customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
