Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager for a successful FMCG business based on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire.Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top and bottom line growth for this impressive portfolio, whilst championing the development of your categories by delivering a 12-month brand plan.This role has the potential to set the right candidate up for success as they move towards a Brand Manager positionKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Developing annual brand plans for allocated portfolio spanning the full marketing mix for the delivery of sales, profit and margin * Full responsibility for some secondary brands in the portfolio* Weekly and monthly Category Trends, Sales and Margin analysis and reporting* Help identifying market trends and new growth opportunities* Work closely with wider commercial team to deliver optimum promotional and shopper plans* Pro-active range management working cross functionally to reduce stock and packaging write offExperience:* Experience in brand management and brand growth in a Consumer OR FMCG industry* Excellent communication skills and able to present at a high level with customers* Experience of managing commercial relationships with external parties * Project Management - Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requestsElevation Marketing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on marketing positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
