Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Salary / Benefits £22k - £34k + Training + BenefitsFuture Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos Industry. We are working alongside a leading player within the asbestos industry who are now looking to recruit a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across the West Yorkshireregion. You will be working on Commercial and Industrial site, providing the full range of surveying and analytical duties. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Pontefract, Wetherby, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Worksop, Scunthorpe, Retford, Gainsborough. Experience & Qualifications: " Must possess the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or equivalent RSPH qualification." Experience working to UKAS standards for an established Asbestos Consultancy. " Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 248 & HSG 264 guidelines." Confident using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.The Role:" Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across Commercial and Industrial sites. " 4 stage clearances." Undertaking smoke, leak, background, reassurance, re-occupation, and personal air testing. " Carrying out onsite audits in line with client needs. " Bulk sampling of ACMs. " Working in line with Health and Safety guidelines." Bagging and labelling samples prior to sending to site. " Producing detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Liasing with clients to provide excellent advice and support.
