Agency Primary Teacher - LeedsEngage Education is a leading education staffing agency that connects dedicated and passionate Primary School Teachers with schools across Leeds. We understand the importance of maintaining continuity in education, and our mission is to provide top-qualitysupply teachers to ensure that learning never stops.We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a variety of schools, students, and subjects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best teaching practices.
  • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere and maintain effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required.
  • Continuously engage in professional development to stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
  • Enthusiasm for professional development and lifelong learning.
