  • Provide support to the Company Fleet Management process, ensuring vehicles are managed efficiently and in accordance with Company procedures and policy.
  • Provide ad hoc support to other business areas where required.
  • Coordinate and complete company credit card returns, by obtaining all receipts, inputting, and correctly coding on to Company finance system.
  • Ensure key Company documentation such as Organograms, CVs and Project Sheets are up to date at all times.
  • To support the RGT Site meetings in relation to actioning tasks and any other ad hoc duties requested.
  • Ensure Admin Procedures handbook regularly checked and updated where necessary, especially passwords.
  • Coordinate, attend, and participate in any Meetings as required and monitor actions arising from Meetings, ensuring actions are followed up and seen through to conclusion.
  • Provide support to the Admin Manager including strategic admin projects.
  • Covering the Leeds Office reception and admin support on-site in Leeds 5 days a week
What youll bringThe successful individual will have skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Motivated, efficient, and highly organised.
  • An ability to take ownership of own workload, prioritise tasks and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Able to respond to changing priorities.
  • Able to work proactively either independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Adobe Acrobat or FoxIT.
