We are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Acoustic Design Engineer to work for a long established UK business who is a leader in its field of commercial noise control supplying into a wide variety of industrial and healthcare applications including both public and private sector clients. As part of the companys strategic growth program the company is looking to recruit a talented Acoustic Design Engineer to work from their head office near Leeds.On offer is not only a healthy salary and benefits package, but a robust development structure that enables you the individual to have a say in growing the business in areas you see viable, whilst having the support and team input to help guide in parts of the business such as emerging markets, research and design, and business development opportunities.Role: Acoustic Design and Estimating responsibilities for commercial noise control products Working closely with customers and managing projects throughout the sales process. Close liaison with customers, suppliers and internal teams Customer/Site visits as appropriate Close liaison with contracts, engineering and manufacturing teams. Requirements: Qualified to Min HNC/Degree qualified in an engineering discipline Min 5 years experience in technical internal design experience in acoustics/air movement or process engineering applications Strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills Good communication and client liaison skills Commercially aware and team player Strong project management skills Fully IT literate Self motivated with the ability to work under pressure in busy department Full driving licence IOA membership advantageous.
