Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager Location:Leeds City Centre Working Hours:Full Time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, Permanent ContractA forward thinking, dynamic and ambitious design agency is looking to recruit experienced Account Managers to join their team in Leeds.Working with some high-profile brand owners, you would be providing outstanding service to several key clients within the business across creative, point of sale, packaging or ecommerce projects. If you have the drive and determination that we are looking for along with experience dealing with clients in a similar role, then we want to speak with you!Responsibilities of the Role – Account Manager:

  • Take requests and briefs from clients and ensure these are communicated effectively across the business
  • Manage client deadlines and critical paths to ensure work is completed on time and inline with requirements
  • Liaise with internal design team and ensure creative briefs are detailed and accurate
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with your client
  • The successful Account Manager, will have:
  • Strong client services and account management experience
  • Understanding and experience of packaging or POS design
  • Experience within a digital marketing or ecommerce role would be an advantage
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Effective communicator, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Passionate about quality of your work
