1st Line Support Engineer (Microsoft 365) Fully Remote Working (UK) £20,000 - £25,000 + Training + Accreditation + Personal Mentoring + Progression + Pensions + Holiday Excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a growing and ambitious technical consultancy who are looking to expand their small IT consultancy and providing Accreditation, Certification and personal development. This company are a digital transformation and technology consultancy who support business processes and optimise organisations productivity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Cloud Stacks, empowering teams to work efficiently and securely. In this role you will provide 1st line support to end users, responding to client queries and resolving questions, issues and tickets. You will be working directly with the Founder of the business with training to gain the Microsoft 365 Accreditation and one to one personal development, learning from their methodologies and practises as well as being encouraged to contribute ideas and becoming a real key player in the business. The ideal candidate would be from a 1st line support background with experience supporting any of the following Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Teams, One Drive and Power Platform. They will be an enthusiastic, diligent and hardworking individual looking for training and technical progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a one-to-one personal mentoring environment, become an Accredited Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, with flexible and fully remote working and technical progression.
