Capitalize on a dedicated training and development program that will support your career aspirations and take pride in delivering work that helps save the lives of millions of people around the world.Internship Overview:This internship is a unique opportunity to bring your interest in Business, Marketing and Technology to gain valuable insights into the world of clinical research and general business acumen while contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes and bring life-changing medicines to patients faster.Fortrea is undergoing a strategic transformation to improve our customer and prospect relationships management with one central-location data, with which providing a complete picture of key data that can be shared and analyzed real-time with our leadersand global commercial teams.On a normal day you will…Apply the Salesforce technology (including new Cloud and AI possibilities) that ensures Fortrea´s Sales, Proposals and Contracts teams work united, get actionable insights from data and mobilize the company around key commercial opportunities. Thiswill be a fast-paced environment where our commercial leaders will request us to help them implement new functionalities that will change the way customer data is captured, stored, tracked, extracted and analyzed to capitalize new and existing accounts.Starting with initial training on Salesforce and on-the-job learning experiences from your team, you will help support the incoming requests from our leaders. Gradually you will gain confidence to work more independently and on more complex projects.Gain In-Depth Business Acumen: This internship offers a unique chance to develop a strong foundation in general business acumen. You will first learn how our company operates, gain insights into business processes, so then you can support them withtechnology.Project Participation: From day one, you will have the opportunity to observe and shadow experienced professionals, gradually transitioning to more independent project work. This immersive learning experience will equip you with essential projectmanagement skills.Gain Salesforce Certification: Our expectation is that you´ll have learned so much at the end of this internship that you will easily get Salesforce´s App Builder and Beginners Admin certifications that Fortrea will defray.Education/Qualifications/Skills

• Working towards Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• You are a very organized person, independent, self-learner, wanting to improve your knowledge and dont sit around waiting for instructions
• Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
• Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
