Customer Service AdvisorSherburn in ElmetMonday to Friday 0800am - 1630pmWe are currently recruiting Customer Service/Sales Advisors to join our clients team in Sherburn in Elmet.Main Responsibilities:Dealing with incoming calls; advise customers on productsDealing with all aspects of customer services - chasing deliveries, arranging collections, arranging creditsProcessing sales ordersLiaise with external teamsBuild business relationship with external customersLiaise with customers on delivery re-scheduling and re-sourcing if requiredMaintain and monitor own Client baseUpselling where possibleSkills Required:Customer focusedCustomer service experienceExcellent IT skills, Microsoft office, ExcelExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent listening skillsHave a proactive approach, working in an agile businessMicrosoft Office applications, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc, preferableSkills:Customer ServiceKeywords:Customer Service
