Administrator (JAMES System)Location: Leconfield, East Yorkshire, GB, HU17 7LXAbout the roleHere at Babcock International, were looking to recruit a James Administrator to join the team in supporting the Army with a fleet of 600 vehicles for training purposes.Responsibilities include:* Monitor the availability of platforms (vehicles) * Check JAMES for updates on the scrolling screen* Produce, issue and receipt of ATUDs (Authority to Use Documents)* Maintain all vehicle maintenance records and allocate vehicles to Instructional Officers* Monitor and coordinate servicing and inspection requirements as forecast by JAMES.This is a fantastic opportunity in an excellent team environment within a busy role, and an early finish on Fridays.What do I need to do the roleYou will have previous experience in a busy customer facing administration role.You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, and a track record in learning and adapting to new databases/bespoke software.You must also be confident multi-tasking and prioritising workload when busy.Knowledge of JAMES system, and experience in the transport/fleet management sector would be desirable.What else do I need to knowWe are happy to talk about flexible working.
