Job Description

Training ManagerLeatherhead - Hybrid role £45,000 + BonusesWe are searching for someone that is looking to join a successful company based in Leatherhead and play an extremely important role for the business which is within their Training team.The Benefits

  • 0900hrs - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

The Role:
  • Support and grow the companies suite of courses within their respective industry
  • Ensure all courses are appropriately accredited
  • Building strong relationships with new clients
  • Manage the training team including recruitment to ensure the company deliver training to the highest standards
  • Meet and exceed agreed KPIs & targets
The Person:
  • Experienced and keen to operate effectively within a small to medium business environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Experience in Health and Safety training
  • Imagination to identify suitable growth in the suite of courses the company offers
  • Awareness of training accreditations
  • Excellent organisation, written, numerical and time management skills
