Job Description

OverviewAre you a highly motivated and fully driven individual who can already demonstrate exam success and experience gained within the relevant field of wealth management Our client, a specialist business provides financial advice to families and professionalsand is looking to recruit a dynamic individual to become a valuable member of their client focussed financial planning team where you will be encouraged to contribute to the ongoing success of the firm.The opportunityAssisting the Financial Planner and working closely with the IFA Administrator, you will become responsible for managing client relationships from the onset with a wide range of tasks-

  • Assist with Client Analysis and offering any recommendations
  • Assist with the review of Client pensions, investments, and insurances
  • Assist with the preparation of all suitability letters and implementation reports
  • Liaise with Clients to obtain required documentation
  • Lead the annual review of client tax allowance planning
  • Attend Client meetings and document any action points
  • Ensure all application forms send out
  • Involvement with ad hoc project work
  • Assist with diary management
The personDue to the nature of the role, you will be required to demonstrate a positive, proactive approach, strong verbal and written skills with a professional, compassionate approach when dealing with clients, always looking to provide an excellent service whilstachieving your own personal academic goals. A strong working knowledge of cashflow modelling is essential.
