Our vision is to provide the best specialist support, inspiring a generationto ensure people live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.The roleThe Achieve Together Referrals Hub is the first point of contact for all enquiries from our partners in local authorities, clinical commissioning groups, families and the people we support.As an experienced Senior Referrals Manager within the learning disability sector, you will assist the growth structure support function by co-ordinating and managing the daily activity within the hub. You will maximise the contribution of our partners toensure that the Area Managers, Assessment and Placements East and West and Assessment and Placement Managers are equipped with all essential and complete information before making contact with the referral.The role is responsible for the line management of the Referral Hub Manager and ensure they have all the support and training required to carry out the tasks of their role.
