Our vision is to provide the best specialist support, inspiring a generationto ensure people live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.The roleThe Achieve Together Referrals Hub is the first point of contact for all enquiries from our partners in local authorities, clinical commissioning groups, families and the people we support.As an experienced Senior Referrals Manager within the learning disability sector, you will assist the growth structure support function by co-ordinating and managing the daily activity within the hub. You will maximise the contribution of our partners toensure that the Area Managers, Assessment and Placements East and West and Assessment and Placement Managers are equipped with all essential and complete information before making contact with the referral.The role is responsible for the line management of the Referral Hub Manager and ensure they have all the support and training required to carry out the tasks of their role. You will also be expected to provide cover for this role during times of annual leave.Key Responsibilitiesfull details on the job description:

• Ensure all enquiries (referrals) are uploaded to the customer relationship management system (CRM), and support the team to maximise progress through every step of the journey from initial enquiry to admission.
• Become a master trainer of the CRM system and support Area Managers Assessment and Placements East and West and Assessment and Placement Managers to use the system effectively
• In collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer and Area Managers recommend and implement the future development of the CRM system.
• Proactively identify leads in partnership with Operations, Commissioners and Social Workers for new business opportunities
• Coordinate and input into the CRM any additional information of relevance from our colleagues across the organization to improve upon our business intelligence and commercial knowledge.
• Assist the Area Managers Assessment and Placements East and West with any technical support relating to any activity trackers derived from the CRM data to monitor individual account engagement, occupancy, admissions, deaths, and discharges.
• Monitor and evaluate call quality and emails of the Assessments and Placements team on an ad hoc basis to ensure standards are high and information is accurate.
• Coordinate outbound calls to commissioners with operations directors and Head of Partnerships to raise the profile of the Referrals Hub, to acquire leads for new developments and develop new relationships for directors and Head of Partnerships
• Assist the marketing team with the collation of the monthly board reports using data from the CRM system and analysis of this data
• Analyse data from CRM system to provide business intelligence.

Skills and Expertise: The ideal applicant will have the following:

• A minimum 3-years experience in the assessment of need and provision of support services, in residential and/or supported living settings.
• Experience and enjoyment of data analysis, CRM systems, competent word and excel would be an advantage
• An accurate and considered approach with an attention to detail.
• Able to flex to the peaks and troughs of the business, being resilient during times of increased workload.
• A strong communicator and able to demonstrate the values we share as an organisation.
• Work collaboratively
• Creative approach to generating new enquiries and referrals from different target audiences

• Desirable to have experience of remote staff supervision
