Job Description

We are currently working on behalf of out trusted client who are looking for a Retail Sales Executive. Join a globally operating lottery company, dominating markets worldwide.   • Work Type - 24 Months Fixed Term Contract
  • Salary - £27k - £32k plus a BMW company car & fuel card
  • Location - Leatherhead
Main Responsibilities as a Retail Sales Executive
  • Develop and implement a territory contact strategy using appropriate technology.
  • Support retailers in adopting self-service via the Retailer Website, effectively transferring the responsibility for managing the lottery category to clients.
  • Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), encompassing both core and project-specific metrics, within the designated territory and region, while aiding colleagues nationwide.
  • Smoothly transition the oversight of in-store standards to retailers.
  • Identify, comprehend, and nurture emerging business/channel opportunities.
  • Skilfully execute business strategies with customers, devising approaches to enhance sales performance in collaboration with them.
  • Interact with customers across various levels to create customised plans and execute them as suitable.
  • Cultivate retailer advocacy by promoting the product.
Experience & Skills Required
  • You MUST come from a field sales OR store manager OR Supervisor or Team Lead
  • Exemplifying excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with our retailers and adept at forging strong connections
  • Proven track record in in-person sales, showcasing proficiency in this domain
  • Proficient in numerical analysis, adept at interpreting data to offer valuable customer insights
  • Possession of a valid UK drivers license
