Job Description

Resourcing Business Partner - London/Surrey/South EastShare moments and shape lives by becoming a Resourcing Business Partner with Achieve together. You will be working in partnership with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted action plans, with specific focus on attraction and retentionall with the intention of making a difference to the lives of the people we support.Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining recruitment strategy
  • Partner with key senior stakeholders to advise, influence and deliver on the plan
  • Ownership of the attraction strategy to increase and drive applications
  • Provide specialist support and guidance on operational best practice in relation to recruitment and selection
  • Leadership, coaching and guidance of a recruitment team
  • Business analysis using data to predict and deliver performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs

  • Have in depth understanding of best practice recruitment processes and strong stakeholder management
  • Have previous experience with digital attraction platforms, proactive attraction methods and understanding regional recruitment market and trends
  • Have team leadership experience in a fast paced environment and the ability to inspire, coach and mentor
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, recruitment databases and the ability to use data and insight to influence key business decisions
