Pricing Administrator - Graduate OpportunityThis is a fabulous opportunity for a recent graduate to join a well-established business in the utilities / energy sector within the Pricing Department. It is a hugely exciting time for the Pricing Department with a number of new developments in the secondhalf of 2021.A great place to work with full support, training as needed and a friendly, hard working, fun bunch!Pricing Administrator - What will I be doing

  • You will be responsible for prioritising and managing department workflow in a busy department of 10
  • You will provide administrative support to the Head of Pricing and wider pricing team
  • You will be liaising with key Account Managers, customers, pricing analysts and executive stakeholders
  • You will need to provide regular reporting and help develop a new department reporting suite
  • You will manage pricing contracts and assist with regulatory and fund reporting
Pricing Administrator -What skills and experience do I need
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
  • You will be a competent user of MSOffice, particularly Excel to at least intermediate level
  • You will be highly numerate, enjoy working in a financial environment and have a high attention to detail
  • You will be a confident communicator able to take initiative and meet the needs of various stakeholders
  • You will be results orientated and commercially minded
  • You will be a quick and inquisitive learner able to work on your own but able to respect the views and contributions of team members
  • Knowledge of visualisation tools is desirable but not essential
