Marketing Lead Leatherhead with some travel to Swindon (Hybrid)3-month contract There is the need to convert and action our marketing approach and strategy into a cost-effective plan to support our growth aspirations.We are looking for an experienced marketing professional, who is highly output driven, to join our team and take the lead in our marketing activities to give us a solid base from which the rest of the team can work.The post holder will need to be able to take direction from members of the Estates Intelligence management team, and translate these requirements into tasks and actions, some of which may be deliverable in house and some may require liaison with an externalmarketing agency. The post holder will need to manage their own work.Responsible to produce a marketing plan with clearly defined deliverables on for 2024 and create the conversion of as many deliverables into documents as possible.Skills required:Experience converting marketing strategies into tangible deliverables, initiatives and plans against which progress can be made.Experience working with large corporations and companies.Experience working with cross functional teams to draw out requirements and inputs.Highly skilled (with own software) at producing good quality visuals, PPTs and Word documents.Developed interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships cross functionally & collaboratively and to be able to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.Demonstrable ability to create and coordinate a tasking list, and a plan with multiple workstreams requiring non-dedicated resources to deliver.Proactive, and able to multitask.
