Job Description

Working for a well-established, thriving technology company based in Leatherhead.You will be a member of the support function offering an effective, customer focussed IT support service.Main responsibilities:

  • Managing IT support tickets as assigned
  • Dealing with IT support tickets and enquiries to resolution and within SLA
  • Setting up of new Office 365 users and new IT hardware
  • Dealing with support tickets related to VoIP and hosted telephony
    • Required Skills:
  • Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT support role
  • Experience of supporting Office 365
  • Experience of desktop support
  • Experience in installation / configuration / support of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, EMS, Windows 10,
  • Active directory
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues
  • Networking skills - Vlans, VPN, routing
    • Desirable:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • VoIP troubleshooting
  • WAN’s - Ethernet, MPLS, Broadband
  • WLR3 - ISDN, PSTN
  • Security - Firewall, AV
    • Benefits include:
