Job Description

Live in or Live out Housekeeper/Cook jobA delightful down to earth family in Oxshott are looking for a proactive, friendly Housekeeper/Cook to help them out. Mum and dad have two children aged 9 & 11 and 2 dogs.A cleaning agency come in 6 hours a week (one day) to help with making beds or whatever you need them to do.Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning - the home is classic style and has lots of marble and wood surfaces
  • Laundry & ironing
  • Feeding the dogs. Mum likes to walk them when she picks the kids up from school so walking will only be required on occasions, typically when they travel etc and you are required to house/pet sit.
  • Getting the childrens school bags ready
  • Occasionally walking to pick the kids up at local school if mum is unable to
  • Family cooking - evening meal
The ideal candidate will be child friendly, warm and able to make their own routine.House: 2.5 floors, 8 bedroomsHours:Live in: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 7.00pm with 2 hour break in the day to be taken however you likeLive out: 8.30am - 6.30pm with lunch breakAccommodation for live in : Your own large self-contained open plan bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchenette and living area. This is in a separate part of the home with use of a shared side door.Salary: £34,528 - £39,000 gross per annumStart: ASAPVacancy Number: 92507
