Job Description

Casework ManagerLocation: Leatherhead, Surrey Salary: £40k (DOE) + Excellent BenefitsJob Type: Full - Time, Permanent (37.5 hours)The Client:Our client is a well-established organisation dedicated to supporting horticulturists and their families, by providing complimentary and confidential guidance and assistance.The Role:As a Casework Manager, you will be overseeing operational service delivery, managing a team, and providing a holistic casework service to individuals in the horticulture industry.Responsibilities:

  • Provide line management, including planning and support.
  • Recruit and manage regional casework teams.
  • Offer guidance in dealing with challenging cases.
  • Attend relevant team meetings and support sessions.
  • Implement best practices for efficient operational delivery.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Support the Head of Service in reports and leadership needs.
  • Advocate for the casework service internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Previously worked as a Casework Manager or in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in advice and information service delivery.
  • 2 years’ experience of managing dispersed remote teams.
  • Background in complex needs and money advice interventions.
  • Technical knowledge in welfare benefits, health and social care, or housing systems.
  • Skilled in IT.
