They will teach you all you need to know to become a subject matter expert. They work with some of the biggest names in the payment solutions industry such as PayPal, Worldpay and Uniwell.In this role you will be assisting customers as well as the companies field technicians and their needs, youll be responding to technical queries and emails whilst also learning from the Helpdesk Supervisor.The ideal Helpdesk Technician will be eager to learn, have good attention to detail and have an interest in IT and computer systems.The Role:

  • Assisting the helpdesk supervisor
  • Effectively dealing with customer and employee queries
  • Learn about new technologies and existing systems
