Job Description

  • Learn how to create e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
  • Collaborate with team to create and deliver e-learning courses.
  • Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator packages as required.
This list is not exhaustive, and you may be asked to complete other tasks from time to time by your line manager.The successful candidate will receive a full company-wide induction that will include spending time with key members of staff in other departments to provide a better understanding of our processes and systems. Also, it will include thorough product knowledgemainly through participation in the courses, and a focus on understanding the learning methodology, and all relevant processes and policies.Education & Experience: Essential
  • Design or software-orientated degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Visual flair (creativity) and high level of demonstrable competency in a range of graphics software applications including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Ability to learn how to create high-quality solutions to a deadline but maintain a keen eye for detail.
  • Amenable and flexible team player.
  • Enthusiastic and happy to take on new challenges.
  • Professional and organised working manner.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
Desirable
  • Experience of developing e-learning content.
  • Experience using e-learning authoring software; for example, Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise.
  • A creative and innovative approach to e-learning design that engages target audiences in learning and produces exceptional experiences with limited design direction.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies.
  • Experience of using Learner Management Systems such as Moodle or Totara.
