An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tractor/Machine Driver to work for a well established specialist provider of quality baby leaves and herbs, based in Leamington Spa.Ethero is currently recruiting for a Tractor/Machine Driver to support the farm management operations.The pay rate will be up to £10.50 dependant on experienceHours of work will be 6am to 5pm across 5 or 6 days out of the week, so flexibility is a requirement.As a successful candidate you will be responsible for supporting production operations in the ground preparations for growing and harvesting of baby leaves, according to harvest schedules prepared by the sales team. You will be part of a team that is ensuring time scales are adhered to in a quick and challenging fresh produce environment.You must also be prepared to vary your job role as required, across all "silos" of the growing operation.Key requirements are as follows- Accurate record keeping in line with company and Government legislation for FSA standards- Operate the tractors and farm machinery and associated equipment that it supports- Have a grasp of the production systems i.e.: cultivation , drilling and associated operationsMain responsibilities are as follows- Tractor and machinery operations as required by the Farm Manager- production records and documentation- Machinery maintenance and upkeep as and when required- Daily reporting to Farm ManagerPlease apply online and we will be in touch with you immediately or call Ethero Coventry now.
