We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor to join our team. As a Senior Litigation Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal representation and advice to our clients. Your expertise and knowledgein litigation matters will contribute to the success and growth of our firm.Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, and arbitration.- Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process, including pre-trial negotiations, court filings, and trial preparation.- Conduct legal research, analyze case law, statutes, and regulations, and provide concise and accurate legal opinions to guide client decision-making.- Prepare and review legal documents, statements, and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.- Collaborate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and build robust litigation strategies.- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences, presenting compelling arguments and negotiating favorable outcomes.- Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to litigation practice, and apply this knowledge to client matters.Requirements:- Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in handling complex litigation cases.- Proven track record of success in managing a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, and arbitration.- In-depth knowledge of civil procedure rules, evidentiary rules, and substantive laws related to litigation.- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to effectively assess legal issues and develop sound legal strategies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate persuasively in court and during settlement discussions.- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.- Proactive and self-motivated professional who demonstrates strong leadership skills within a team-oriented environment.
