Working at their modern facility, you will work closely with the IT Manager to develop new systems, improve processes and providea high level of IT support to the business.Commutable from: Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford on Avon, Coventry, Banbury, Redditch, Solihull, Henley in Arden, Salary: £ 35,000 - £ 45,000 + benefitsSuitable for: IT Engineer, ICT Engineer, IT Support Engineer, Senior IT Engineer, Senior IT Technician, IT Supervisor, IT Controller. The RoleKey responsibilities:Provide a high-level support to IT systems and usersSupport all user systems managing escalation of support issues with third party maintenance providerLead development work on new IT projectsAdminister of enterprise security software suitesEnsuring the security and integrity of systems by applying the IT Security Policy and proceduresAssisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ServersDevelop and provide user training where required.To perform other such duties which correspond to the nature of the position and its level of responsibility.This role would also suit an individual interested in developing their knowledge in wider businessThe CandidateProven track record working as an IT Technician or IT Engineer within a fast-paced environment.
