We’re seeking a Licenced Conveyancer, qualified solicitor or FCILEx Legal Executive with 3 years + PQE in residential conveyancing, to work as part of a busy Conveyancing team, for a highly successful, growing, independent firm based in Leamington Spa.This role will be predominantly home-based, with a requirement to attend the office one or two days per week, and will role will involve running a conveyancing caseload including sales and purchase transactions, trusts of land, transfers of equity, freehold, leasehold, and unregistered properties/land, declarations of trust and re-mortgages.Suitable candidates will have previous conveyancing fee-earning experience, running a varied caseload of conveyancing files from instruction to post completion. You will also have proficiency in using case management systems.Applications are encouraged from candidates who have previously worked for CQS and Lexcel accredited firms, ideally with experience of managing lender panels and supervising/mentoring less experienced staff.This is a full-time permanent position which will be home-based 3 to 4 days per week and office-based 1 to 2 days per week.
