Predominant industries are both Wind Energy and Automotive with aparticular focus on the rapidly evolving EV market. Working directly with OEMs we become a trusted advisor to all functions supporting our customers to lead in their field.You will be responsible for the supply of materials into the organisation that is controlled in every aspect of ISO 9000 and IATF 16949. This will be inclusive of the following disciplines, supplier nominations, cost controls, supplier second party auditingand Tecman T & Cs.What can Tecman Speciality Materials Ltd give to you

Are you the right person for us
  • BSc / BA in a relevant Procurement / Supply Chain discipline
  • CIPS Level 5
  • Relevant working knowledge with demonstrable results.
  • Negotiating skills
  • Cost estimating
  • ISO / IATF understanding
  • Ability to conduct second party audits
  • An experience and knowledge in sourcing from global markets.
  • MRP/ERP Literate (SAP preferred)

  • Supplier OTIF
  • GP Material costs
  • Supplier second party audit
  • Supplier ppm scores
  • Supplier scoring system
  • Ensure supplier payment terms align to Tecman cash flow requirements. (Debtor / Creditor days)
Supplier Sourcing
  • Control of NDA when required
  • Development and introduction of Tecman T & Cs
Supplier Development
  • Aid the development of suppliers in the attainment of suitable quality certification, specifically ISO 9000 and/or IATF 16949.
  • Organise and conduct where appropriate second party supplier audits to ensure compliance with Tecman material supply requirements are adhered to.
Cost Control
  • Identify cost optimisation opportunities where appropriate and engage the business to enable such opportunities
