Job Description

Job Role: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Sydenham Industrial Estate - CV31Pay Rate: £10.42 an hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday - 7am until 4pmJob Type: Temp or Temp to PermThe ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, including but not limited to receiving, storing, cleaning the enviroment and helping around the site. Please note that there will be a lot of manual work lifting itemsup to 20kg, you must be able to comfortably lift and move these objects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of orders
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory levels within the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and inventory management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely (up to 20kg)
