Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding new role, within an exciting, dynamic CompanyWe are currently recruiting for staff to join our dedicated team, working on a new production part to feed into our main production line. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative engineering Company and use your skills within a supportive, engaging environment.The right candidate will have experience of precision manufacturing with hand-built parts. The role is volume production of a single complex part and will require a high degree of repetition. You must be a self-starter with patience and willingness to both learn and train as the team grows in the medium to long term.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of precision part
  • Strict adherence to production guidelines / processes
  • Rapid Problem Solving and feedback to engineering on learning
  • Continuous improvement ideas and key member of team to implement the defined changes
  • Housekeeping/5S
  • Health & Safety adherence

  • Experience in a precision manufacturing / precision assembly processes or systems
  • Dexterity will be an essential for any candidate
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical product assembly
  • Experience of a Lean manufacturing environment an advantage
