Barchester’s operational finance team have a rare opportunity for an Operational Finance Manager to join our established team. This varied role will include providing support and guidance to management teams across the business to ensure company financial,operational, and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to. You will support business improvement though the analysis of operational delivery, identifying systematic failures, shortfalls, and variances in performance, and taking corrective actionfor process change for continuous improvement. With a rapidly expanding portfolio of care homes and hospitals across the UK, this role is key to ensuring the delivery exceptional service to more than 250 sites across the country.This is a permanent, remote position, with regular travel across the UK.
