Job Description

Looking for a Registered Manager, Care Manager or Deputy Manager in the Leamington Spa area. This organisation is looking to develop someone into a registered manager. The company is a family ran organisation with other branches and head officefor support.An extremely reputable company with branches across the west midlands and excellent support network for their Registered Managers.Key Responsibilities of a Manager:

  • To continue building a team of carers and grow the business
  • To specialise in working with privately funded clients
  • Focus on compliance and quality within the service
  • Identify areas to grow the branch
  • Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3
  • Previous experience as a Manager/Team Leaderin domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Would consider Deputies or Coordinators stepping up
  • Ability to grow a service
  • Previous track record of growth working within domiciliary care
