Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME based in Leamington Spa. You will support the Marketing Manager with maintaining the content of the website and to build and implement the e-shotmarketing.Key duties and responsibilities...Maintain the website content:

  • Update product pages - add/remove products, update content and images, add videos, amend wording for SEO (as directed)
  • Update categories - add/remove/update and amend for SEO purposes
  • Add images to Photo Gallery
  • Add Videos to website
  • Add testimonials to testimonials page
  • Add case study content to case studies section
  • Resize images and banners
  • Add brochures to the website
  • Add special offers when required
  • Build discount coupons
  • Add/amend user accounts for designers and chain logins
  • Update Designer area with new images/content
  • Update customer service section with product guarantees and assembly instructions
  • Maintain the FAQs section with new questions and answers
Implement the SEO plan:
  • Amend product pages based on SEO requirements
  • Amend category pages based on SEO requirements
  • Write blogs as per SEO requirements
Design and Implement E-shot Campaigns:
  • Implement the weekly e-shot campaigns as per the marketing plan
  • Write and build website landing pages if required for the campaign
  • Design and build the e-shot templates including image resize and animated banner build if required
  • Send e-shot out to the required segments
  • Set up automations
Customer Review platform
  • Assist with the setup of the customer review platform
  • Monitor and amend where required the customer feedback display on the website
  • Monitor and amend the customer feedback email automated campaign
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications...
  • Proven experience within a marketing role
  • Proven experience of maintaining websites content on Wordpress or such like
  • Proven experience of using email marketing platforms
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of SEO Would be advantageous
Benefits
  • Salary- £24,000- £29,000 basic
  • Company bonus paid quarterly
  • Flexible on hours
  • This position is open to full time or part time applications
