Job Description

Lettings Accounts Administrator - Leamington SpaSalary £22,000 to £24,000 per annumMy client, a leading Estate Agent in Leamington Spa are seeking a diligent and detail-orientated Lettings Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day postings on Xero
  • Raising invoices- Accounts receivable
  • Reconciling bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Soldo and stripe
  • Rent Account queries payment related for Landlords, tenants and dealing with staff queries
  • Document Management for VAT inspection purposes
  • Paying monthly suppliers.
  • Looking after post for all businesses
  • Evaluating a company’s financial transactions to ensure they comply with generally accepted accounting principles
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the property sector
  • Proficiency in using accountancy software, specifically Zero
  • Strong attention to detail in financial record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
