Job Description

HR AdministratorLocation: Leamington SpaSalary: £24,000-28,000FULL-TIME OFFICE-BASEDBCR/OO/10920Are you an experienced in HR Do you have what it takes to work with a reputable growing law firm Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a hardworking HR Administrator with excellent interpersonal skills to join the family-feel firm.Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing administration and recruitment documents such as adverts, employment checks and Health and Safety risk assessments
  • Assisting with the on-boarding process for new staff
  • Managing the payroll system in accordance with the monthly deadline
  • General HR duties including completing appraisals, training, packages for new starters and leavers
  • Working closely with the managers in being the first point of contact for all related enquiries, orchestrating review meetings and executing new projects
The ideal candidate:
  • Expert knowledge and experience in HR
  • Familiar with the recruitment and resourcing process
  • A resilient attitude for getting involved and accomplishing the work
  • A willingness to learn and progress
