You will be supporting those who are at risk of homelessness, trying to encourage them to sustain their tenancy, and improve their quality of life, and to eventually move into their own accommodation. Deliveringperson centred support to service users, enabling them to secure suitable accommodation and to meet their immediate needs, enabling them to live a more sustainable and fulfilling life. Help keep the properties/project functioning, clean and in good repair,including; making arrangements for repairs; dealing with anti-social behaviour and taking appropriate actions or measures to address this. Ensuring that rent arrears policies are administered according to the needs and capabilities of the service users thatare supported and that people are advised and assisted to claim welfare benefits as appropriate. Monitoring and ensuring the prompt notification of vacancies, preparation of empty units, and investigation of possible abandonments, so that voids are minimised.Key Responsibilities
