Are you a Graphic Designer, who would be excited to work in-house, with a well-known, and loved online retail brand I am working with a company based in the glorious regency town of Leamington Spa, which is looking for an experienced and versatile Designer to join their Brand Marketing team. This is a full-time, permanent role with asalary of up to £30,000. Benefits include plenty of training and development, great holiday, health care and discounts. The role will be 3 days onsite and 2 from home, if required. The company is international, well-established, and based in state-of-the-art, open-planoffices in Leamington Spa. They have their own product and services offering but also work in partnership with a huge leading UK retail brand. This exciting new role will sit within the brand team and involve working collaboratively across the wider marketingteam, who absolutely love what they do. They also have a fantastic flexible working environment with some superb benefits.The Role The Graphic Designer will be responsible for taking concepts and ideas and creating visual representations that inspire, inform and engage with their target audiences, collaborating with the Brand, Digital and Trade Marketing teams. The Designer will helpdevelop creative ideas to achieve marketing objectives and deliver the design requirements of the Marketing department.You will be creating high-quality designs for both online and print communication using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign and managing the asset delivery process for website, social media, email, print and other marketing materials.As Graphic Designer you will be actively engaged in coming up with concepts to support marketing campaigns and channel improvements, scheduling projects effectively, tracking progress and providing regular status updates whilst adhering to brand guidelines,and style guides.About You You will be degree educated or have an equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, with 3-5 years experience, and a strong portfolio of previous design work across both print and digital platforms.Excellent technical experience using Adobe Creative Cloud solutions - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential and any additional skills such as Premiere Pro and After Effects would be highly desirable as would photography experience and skills.You will be happy to work in a team environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and creativity with the ability to work autonomously when required.This role would suit someone who likes to keep up to date with the latest developments, techniques and trends in design and is a sharp creative thinker, and pragmatic problem-solver, with solid communication, interpersonal and planning skills!You love getting stuck into working within a fast-paced environment and youll be adept at working with and adhering to visual brand guidelines of which youll be the brand guardian!In addition, if you had this experience, it would be highly desirable:
