Job Description

This role really is like the best of both worldsAll the benefits of joining a large group but with the feel of joining a small business.Sometimes in larger organisations, you can feel like a number, but not here, youll be the number one person within the finance department and what you do will have a massive impact on the business.Day to day they need you to look after the Accounts Function, this covers the Management Accounts, cashflow and preparing year end accounts for their Auditors.The extra bits though are what makes this role a little more exciting.

  • Its visible role within the business, youll be the go-to person for anything that impacts the Accounts Department.
  • Interact with the Board of Directors, by providing financial reports and information to ensure sound financial and operational governance
  • Improve operational systems, processes, and policies - specifically, better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning.
