Job Description

** 12mths fixed term contract **An establishedcharity is looking for a contract Finance Assistant to support its accountancy team in its vital work over the next 12 months.Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a good opportunity to play a part in a small team. To be successful, you will have an aptitude for numbers, a high level of accuracy and be happy to commit for the next 12months, with the possibility of thecontract being extended.This job is expected to evolve as the role takes shape, but is likely to include:

Processing direct debits and donations
Raising invoices
Checking payment details
Posting receipts
Reconciliations
Purchasing office supplies
Filing and general office support
