Job Description

My client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is looking for an Electronic Engineering Team Leader to join and lead their dynamic team of highly skilled electronic engineers. Their patented technology allows them to make the fastest accelerating andpower-dense permanent magnet variable speed electric motors.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of the concept, development, and validation of electronic circuits technical ownership.
  • Deliver technical development efforts to fulfil deadlines and cost targets for R&D products and client projects.
  • planning of all actions involving electronics.
  • Interact with partners and suppliers regarding technical specifications on both new and existing designs.
  • To create systems, closely collaborate with various technical teams (such as embedded SW, mechanical design, etc.).
  • By offering validation assistance and debugging capabilities, enable system integration. in charge of leading the PCB layout and electronic engineers team of the electronic design.
  • providing goals and progress reporting, configuration management, and comprehensive documentation.
  • directing and taking part in the design, analysis, and execution of all technical aspects of electronic projects or products that meet or beyond the hardware requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A degree in a science or engineering-related field.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience supporting development initiatives in an automotive engineering environment
  • Using PCB layout and schematic capture software, ideally Altium
  • Experience in mathematical simulation and modelling of circuits and systems, such as SIMetrix, PLECS, and SPICE.
  • vehicle system certification, including EMC and environmental testing.
  • an awareness of functional safety analysis, design, and validation according to standards like ISO 26262 or something similar.
  • Understanding of motor design and rotating machine fundamentals.
  • documenting technical information. Design reports, requirements, fault analyses, and Worst Case Analysis are a few examples.
  • Use of reliability, risk or safety analysis tools for the analysis of hardware, e.g. FTA, DFMEA.
