Job Description

If you’re a Dealership Administrator looking for a new opportunity, this opportunity is not to be missed!Remaining family-owned, they pride themselves on delivering a world-class service and have a superb offering including 23 days annual leave, acompany car and fuel card,an annual bonus, and a salary of between£30,000 and £35,000. Experiencing incredible growth since its inception, this luxury yacht dealershipis building its sales administration team and has two incredible openings available which will see the successful candidates take ownership of end-to-end sales administration duties, as well as:

  • Working in close collaboration with the sales team to understand customer requirements and offer ongoing administration support
  • Liaising with manufacturers to specify yacht requirements and place orders in accordance with customer needs
  • Chasing up and progressing orders with manufacturers, enabling you to feedback updates and delays to the sales team and customers, when required
  • Creating sales orders and quotations based in information gathered by the sales department
  • Updating and maintaining customer accounts and inputting relevant sales and specification information to Kerridge
  • Raising in-depth sales invoices for clients following signed orders, ensuring all information is accurate
The successful candidate:
  • Demonstrated extensive sales administration experience, with experience of handling end-to-end sales administration duties from providing quotations to delivery
  • Experience gained within the automotive sector, preferably dealing with high-end, luxury cars
  • Strong IT skills with hands-on experience using Kerridge
  • Professional and positive in your approach to work, colleagues, and customers
  • Able to deliver a superb level of customer service, willing to offer support across the entire sales function
  • Detail-orientated able to work with complete accuracy
