Backed with significant investment, a rapidly growing technology company has a new vacancy for a Customer Service Manager to join the team. Creating and leading the Customer Service operation to include customer support, product support and training functions,you will be an experienced customer service professional ensuring Customer Service operation always delivers industry leading and premium customer experience.Commutable from: Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford, Coventry, Birmingham, Oxford, Banbury.Salary: £45,000 p.a. to £55,000 + benefits Suitable for: Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service, Customer Account Manager, Customer Experience Manager.The RoleDevelop and manage a Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Define, create, and run the customer training operation to ensure authorised Distributors can manage all but most advanced technical issuesAct as senior customer escalate point for all customer related issuesDefine and integrate systems and processes to ensure an industry leading Customer Service experienceReview organisation structure on a regular basis to ensure a capable, competent, and committed team is in place to deliver business objectives.Continually assess business operation to implement industry leading practiceThe Candidate Minimum of 5 years in leading and managing a customer services teamMust be focused on customer experience and possess highly structured and organised approachCustomer Service and/or Customer facing experience for premium, high value, and highly complex productHigh level of relationship building and influencing skillsAbility to integrate across all business functions on support of delivering a premium customer experienceWorked in a Small, Medium Enterprise (SME) and can demonstrate the ability to roll their sleeves up and personally get things done as part of a small teamTo apply for the position of Customer Service Manager, please send a CV to Jarrod Sellers
