Job Description

Amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a logistics company based in Leamington Spa.Permanent positionMon-Fri8:00-5:00Office based£22-£25K Depending on experienceDay to Day Responsibilities:

  • Answer the work phone (desk and/or mobile).
  • Respond emails or forward them to the appropriate person if they are not for you to deal with, escalate issues when necessary.
  • Liaise with the clients and different departments.
  • Fill in / update incident tracker (including claims) and transport tracker
  • Report any issues and/or challenges to your manager (this could be from equipment to personal).
  • Assist with SOP and working structure.
  • Engage on Continuous Improvement and provide feedback (positive/negative).
  • Assist with stock check
  • Cover for colleague absence.
  • (Assist capturing data for invoicing, performance, etc)
CLIENT Responsibility:
  • If required, attend to meetings and report back if your manager was not In attendance.
  • Understand and follow client specifications (instructions must be provided in writing).
  • Record time spent on ad-hoc requirements, so this can be invoiced accordingly.
  • Report of returns received on the day or previous day.
  • Check orders in "back order" status and find out why they are in that status, then report accordingly.
  • Monitor stock transfer orders and report internally.
  • Check Zendesk and resolve queries / tickets in a timely manner, escalate internally if required.
  • Create and/or cancel Pallet network
  • Support the operation to get the orders picked & despatched as per customer instructions (this might be creating labels, sending S/N, printing packing lists, etc).
  • Follow up (chase!) open queries (e.g., SKU recount, awaiting response from warehouse, etc).
  • Assist to resolve courier issues.
  • Request dedicated vehicle quotes.
  • Raise claims to transport/couriers when required.
