We work closely with our clients to go above and beyond what is expected and thats where you come in.Project Manager Opportunity:Were looking for an enthusiastic and confident Translations Project Manager who wants to get stuck in working with the team on managing and coordinating different types of translation, localisation and interpreting projects. You may be managing a variety of projects simultaneously, for example:+ Co-ordinating linguists to translate and localise an e-commerce website into multiple languages+ Organising the translation and artworking of sales brochures+ Managing and coordinating the localisation of e-learning courses, including voiceover and subtitling for audio-visual content included in the course.Key Responsibilities:+ Handling enquiries from our clients - listening to and understanding their requirements in detail, preparing quotations and offering solutions tailored to their specific needs+ Managing a variety of different projects from start to finish, which includes selecting appropriate suppliers and working with relevant translation technology.+ Developing relationships with clients to understand their ongoing requirements in more detail and identify how best to support them going forwards+ Support growth of the business by contributing ideas for expansion of services and improvement of processes etcAbout You:+ Native-speaking level of English is essential+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written+ Excellent organisation and time management skills for meeting tight deadlines - you will need to enjoy multitasking!+ Passionate about delivering the best possible customer service+ Personable and approachable, both with customers and the entire Comtec team+ 12-18 months experience in a customer service or project management roleWhats on offer:+ Competitive basic salary, depending on experience+ Performance bonus - typically 10%+ of salary.+ Training and professional development - we invest in our people+ Great career progression+ People-centric, friendly and supportive culture+ The role is predominantly office based with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.+ Well-being programmes and social eventsYour Experience/ Previous Roles May Include:Project Manager, Project Management, Project Executive, Project Coordinator, Customer Relationship Executive, Account Manager, Account Management, Relationship Executive, Relationship ManagerSounds like a good fit Apply here for a fast-track path to the Hiring Team to review your application.Application notice We take your privacy seriously.
