They will be responsible for ensuring that all laboratory quality assurance protocols are being followed. In addition, they will be responsible for the interpretation and authorisation of results as required. They will also assist the laboratory shift manager, and other laboratory personnel, to carry out troubleshooting of the assays should issues arise.
