Søstrene Grene is looking for a passionate and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join a beautiful Danish retail brand, in their brand new store in Leamington spa!Client DetailsSøstrene Grene is an international Danish retail lifestyle brand with over 260 stores worldwide. Every Søstrene Grene store invites our customers into a sensual world of classical music, aesthetics, and joy.Due to our UK expansion plans, we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join Søstrene Grenes management team. This is a dynamic and varied job in a beautiful environment.Description

  • Working in partnership with the Store Manager
  • Supporting the Store Manager to lead the team
  • Assisting the team with training and development
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Coordinating the day-to-day tasks: deliveries, visual merchandising, stock room
  • Helping the store manage to report on performances and figures
This is a very active, floor based assistant management role and no two days are the sameProfile
  • At least 2 years of experience as Store Manager of a small team or Assistant Store Manager
  • Ability to manage and coordinate the team to maximise performance
  • High standards in customer service
  • Passion for homewares and decoration
  • Good communication skills
