We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Leamington. This will be a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm with 30 minutes lunch. This will initially be a temporary ongoing position but couldbecome permanent for the right candidate. Pay rate for this role is £12 per hour with an immediate start. Main duties: Approve all invoices for payment and counter signFile all paid invoicesCheck office emails and distribute / action as appropriate.All stock levels of stamps, stationery and cleaning products and order as required for office and departmentsHelp with phone calls and answer the door to callers ensuring that the visitors book is always signed.Develop good communications with all residents, staff, relatives, and visitors, supplies and tradesmen always Prepare typing as requested by the Home Manager / Office Manager.Assist Manager prepare all necessary paperwork and contracts for new staff and new residents.Assist Receptionist with preparing name badges, clocking in cards locker keys for new staffPerson specification: Candidate must be hard working, able to work within a team in a busy small office. Priorities, juggle and manage their own workload and help the office manager and others accordingly, to complete deadlines in detail.Must be confident and a requirement in using, especially A must in EXEL maintain, process spread sheets and documents.
